Kurtis had several years of experience in both multi-national and small local firms prior to joining Synectic in 2012. He became a Principal at Synectic in 2024, acknowledging the leadership and support he provides, particularly to the business services team.

Kurtis is passionate about collaborating with business owners in a variety of industries, including agriculture, construction, and medical services. Kurtis also harbours a special interest in technologies and software products that optimise business operations and efficiencies.

Outside the workplace, Kurtis has significant experience in affordable housing developments. This provides him insights into the challenges faced by our business clients, particularly in the construction domain, and allows him to contribute in a tangible way to our local community.  Kurtis enjoys travel, time on the water, and relaxing with family and friends.
