Ben Coull

Audit & Accounting Director

With almost 30 years’ experience in audit, financial reporting, superannuation and corporate advisory services, Ben brings a passion for client service and the benefits that come from high quality service. Ben joined Synectic as a Director in 2013 to head up our audit division and our Launceston Tasmania office.

Ben is a past Tasmanian Regional Chairman for CAANZ and remains heavily involved with CAANZ, participating in the development and direction of our profession. He is also an experienced board member and chairs a number of audit panels in the local government sector.

Ben sees audit as not just a compliance obligation but a valuable tool for driving optimum results. He believes in pragmatic, relevant advice that helps clients improve their operations, governance and internal controls. His enthusiasm for the benefits of audit has earned him a loyal client base and a like-minded team.

Ben enjoys time with his wife and two children, fishing, and getting back to the family farm.
