Naomi has been with Synectic for over 25 years and is highly regarded for her deep knowledge of the business and her trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues. Having progressed through roles including Accountant, Client Manager, and Administration Manager, she brings a practical, grounded understanding of how the firm operates at every level.

In her role as Chief Financial Officer, Naomi is a member of the Executive Team and plays a key role in guiding the firm’s financial management and future direction.
